My bf was seperated and living in his own apartment when W found out we were in a serious relationship, but she's furious because they had not yet filed for divorce at the time and she's out for blood. I'm a big girl and I chose to be in a relationship with a married man, so I'll deal with the fallout, but my knees still knock at the idea. Has anyone dealt with this? btw, I haven't been called yet, but I've been warned it could happen and I'm bracing myself!

Has anyone dealt with this? btw, I haven't been called yet, but I've been warned it could happen and I'm bracing myself! ------------------------ I didn't know that it mattered during divorce procedings if the spouse has a girlfriend .. Does it matter in the settlement? If you are called, you may wish to go over your testimony with his attorney, beforehand. I did a civil suit following my divorce because my husband put a downpayment on a house for her with our funds .. Then she got up there and pergured herself, of course .. ha
