Stbe Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 I'm a straight guy, early 30s. I date online and sometimes get numbers at local bars and singles types events. Is it just me or has the dating scene really been dry the past couple/few months? Hard to get digits, hard to get dates, I've gotten shot down more in the past 3 months than I have in the past 3 years. Was wondering if any of the other guys here have noticed this? Thanks
USMCHokie Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Another factor could be the weather and the seasons...January through March seem to be downer months...you've got colder weather and no Christmas holidays to make up for it...people don't go out as much...you'll notice that as the weather warms up and spring comes into full bloom, many more people will be out and about, open to meeting new people...
carhill Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 How could the economy be a factor if you're paying for the first date? Oh, got it now...
