I like this guy. He is very nice and talks to me alot and is always watching me. I don't have the guts to ask him out. My friends keep telling me to. There is also this girl that really wants to go out with him and she is super flirty and she already asked him out like 10 times. He keeps refusing. She has a boyfriend anyway. What can I do, so that he could become more than a friend. Maybe he is worried about asking people out too.

Thanks, the thing is I can talk to him but I don't have the guts to ask him.

Maybe you should try giving him stronger 'hints' that you are interested in him as more than a friend. Even if you aren't the 'flirty' type....you could try a few special smiles and eye contact to let him know. :)

go on just ask him.. what have you got to lose absolutly nothing and if he stares at you my guess is he likes you.. him turning down this other girl would certainly give me the push to ask a guy out...i know its nerve racking but just go for it.. make it sounds casual if you talk to him all the time drop it in the conversaion like "we should go out for a drink" and see how he reacts...

go on girl life is too short....

Just keep talking to him - the more you get to know him better the easier it will be to ask him out - or he beat you to it and ask you out first!

sometimes, when a girl asks a gut out, the guy might get a little scared and say "no" when he means "yes" it's a nervous habbit, this would be my problem. ( i'm also seeking help for this!) but don't let him fool you most guys really like it when a girl asks them out; it's a confidence builder. so, if he says "no" try again later and for pete's sake try to make him comfortable when you ask, do it with a smile, and reasure him you're serious, this will give him confidence enough to say yes. it's important that he feels at ease. but don't be undesireable and seem desprate.
