Patty Posted January 13, 2004 Posted January 13, 2004 I just bought a test at the pharmacy for a urine test but dont understand it.It has + and a -.Im not sure if the + means you have an infection or the -.Then theres a pink for positive and a white for negative.Yellow for protein and white for nitrate.I read over the instructions lots of times and still dont understand it. Thanks for any advice. Patty
cdn Posted January 13, 2004 Posted January 13, 2004 What is the brand of the test? Do you know who makes it? Sometimes, the box or the instructions has a toll-free number you can call. Any chance this is the case for your test?
Author Patty Posted January 13, 2004 Author Posted January 13, 2004 It is called UTI. Im trying to see if I have a bladder infection. It says:detect urinary tract or bladder infections. Patty
Tony T Posted January 13, 2004 Posted January 13, 2004 If the test comes out on the positive side (+), there's a good chance you have an infection. If on the negative side (-), excellent chance of being pregnant with triplets...(nah, kidding)...just twins.
cdn Posted January 13, 2004 Posted January 13, 2004 I found a product called UTI Home Care Kit online. THey have a customer care line you can call at 800-479-5232. They should be able to help you.
