What is the brand of the test? Do you know who makes it?

Sometimes, the box or the instructions has a toll-free number you can call. Any chance this is the case for your test?

If the test comes out on the positive side (+), there's a good chance you have an infection. If on the negative side (-), excellent chance of being pregnant with triplets...(nah, kidding)...just twins.

I found a product called UTI Home Care Kit online. THey have a customer care line you can call at 800-479-5232. They should be able to help you.
