Notice... I said "personal" closure, because everyone gains it at their own pace, if at all. It seems the guys on here feel "oh get over it already" it was just sexual anyway, not even a full year.... well.... Heartbreak affects everyone in different ways, the same as love does. ....................The heart has a mind of it's own.............. ...................When it's ready, it will let go... and not until then...... I once dated a guy for 4 months, it took me AT LEAST 10 years to get over him..... Been married twice, never was in love with either of them, and had children with both of them. (victim of circumstance) LOL. The second marriage didn't stand a chance because my heart ached for the 4 month guy, my heart never let him go. (Circumstances prevented us being together.) healing if ever.... has its own time clock!

I live in Rochester. And yeah, exes downgrade typically because it's an easy rebound and doesn't take any effort on their parts to better themselves. Instant ego boost.
