So I don't post very often but I definatley spend more time on this forum then is probably healthy. With all this talk about no contact being so good for you in an attempt to get that person out of your mind, in reality how healthy is scouring these boards for a answer to the questions in all of our minds "why?". I am not judging because I am as guilty as anyone of reading post after post trying to pick out the parts that make me happy and ignoring the ones that are most likely really where my situation is heading. I feel like being here is almost perpetuating in my mind the very thing that all the advice on this site says to forget. HER!! These forums can begin to become like a drug. I am sure most likely it is all relative to your state of mind. And apparently mine isn't where it should be yet. So hopefully when I am over her I will no longer view this place as a necessary evil. The posts here have been very helpful in gaining the understanding I so desperatley need for some reason, whether what I have come to think of the situation is reality or not. IDK.

I think the strongest positive I have gained from this site would be the fact that there are so many other people in almost exactly the same situation. Not because misery loves company. But because there is this many people that at one point found love and found someone that made them so happy. If your here you must have found someone that made you happy. I guess it made me realize while people break up all the time people are finding love all the time too. That sort of helped the light at the end of the tunnel to start shining through for me.

Finally, I posted here instead of contacting her. So thanks.
