Kristine Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 Well I've been on a diet for 4 days now. The good news is I've exercised everyday for about 30 minutes (gotta start somewhere) and I've cut my calorie intake nearly in half! I'm using fitday.com to track everything. I've also lost 2 lbs. as of this morning!!! Hopefully tomorrow shows even more of a loss. I'm not taking any diet pills or supplements, just my prescribed medication. Aside from being a little sore I'm feeling healthier already, I have more strength and energy.

You know that already I assume. You have to keep at it.. You are bigger than this issue. Great Job!! Keep at it... If you need to vent, post here.
youngandhopeful Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Its strange SummerLady, as i would say the first week or so is the hardest, rather than the easiest. Its often difficult to stick with a plan, until your body gets used to the reduction in food and increase in exercise. Im presuming your thinking more of how the weight loss may plateau and hence feel more difficult in the later stages. Anyway, great news on the regime so far Kristine. I too have recently started to cut the calories and increase the cardio in my routine, so i know how you might be feeling right now. Keep it up, and keep us posted on your progress x
