SummerLady Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I know I have vented here before but my friend just called me and told me that she invited the guy she is cheating on her husband with to her husband's birthday party. Wow that is precious... I could not contain myself, I let her have it...Is it me, or is that evil????

Well, you may get some people to tell you that a good friend would sit back and keep their mouth shut. However IMO, a good friend is someone who tells the other person they care about things they might not want to hear sometimes. Now, her reaction is how you'll know how much of a friend she truly is to you. If she gets pissed off and drops you as a friend consider her doing you a favor. Doesn't sound much like a friend, nor much of a wife. JMO. Edited March 16, 2010 by EnigmasMuse

So stupid and rude......
Author SummerLady Posted March 16, 2010 Author Posted March 16, 2010 Why in the WORLD would you want someone so low as a friend? ISH! Doesn't her behavior make you wonder what she might have in store for YOU at some point when it suits her selfish needs? I know...Its time to move on from her, we are just too different.
Disintegration Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I know I have vented here before but my friend just called me and told me that she invited the guy she is cheating on her husband with to her husband's birthday party. Wow that is precious... I could not contain myself, I let her have it...Is it me, or is that evil???? Now why in the world would she even consider doing that? How sad, can you imagine, having the OM there at her H birthday bash while all the while he is oblivious to what is going on behind his back. I'm like you too, I would tell a friend cheating is inappropriate, and I would most likely quit the friendship. I wouldn't condone that type of behavior, and I wouldn't want to keep such company either.

Wow that is precious... I could not contain myself, I let her have it...Is it me, or is that evil???? Nope, it's not you. That's evil. Your friend is a disgusting pig for thinking that's okay. What a humiliating, disrespectful thing for her to do to her husband. Pretty sure my XW did the same thing, actually...
sally4sara Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I realize I have really no say in the life choices of my friends and you never really know what goes on behind closed doors, but thats just tawdry. I don't know if I could trust someone who treats the people they supposedly love like that, let alone to want to rub their faces in it like she is doing.

Her hubby is such a nice guy and does not deserve to be treated so badly. If he knew about this it would destroy him. Even my boyfriend said that is way twisted...UGH
mark982 Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 your friend has some seriously big balls. why you even want to hang around someone like that?
Mme. Chaucer Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Saying nothing would have implied that you tacitly condone her behavior, in my opinion.
spriggig Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 Lowest of the low, really horrible thing to do. But, my wife said almost verbatim this to me when I discovered her EA: Her hubby is such a nice guy and does not deserve to be treated so badly. Do you happen to know if the husband and wife argued before the A started? I'm guessing that the H was emotionally and physically neglectful of his wife in spite of being "such a nice guy".
