So, lucky me, gets to enjoy some beach weather at his family's beach house...and his parents will be there also. The prospect of seeing him overshadowed this somewhat major detail, but now I'm sort of freaking out! I've only been dating him 3 months, and now I'm going to spend some vacation time with his family? ack! I'll deal with it fine, but a few things I need some feedback on: 1. Do I bring a gift? I was thinking of baking some cookies. 2. I'm a vegetarian. What if they cook a steak dinner? How do I politely decline without seeming like a jerk? 3. I know this my seem like a weird question, but do I bring my one-piece, or what I would usually wear -- a teeny string bikini?

Your boyfriend should tell them about any of your dietary restrictions long before you get there. Make sure he does. 3.
