Bad dream about my ex

Last night, I had a dream that I was at a party in someone's house. The whole time, I was searching for her as we came together or she invited me or something. Eventually the night ran out and the house was clearing out, so I asked someone where she was and they told me to look by the stairs.

 

As I walked toward the stairs, there she was coming toward from the kitchen. She was wearing some cute baby-doll dress, perfect tan, thin shapely legs, bright eyes and smile with shiny lips.

 

She came up and said, "uhhh, I think you should go." When I asked why, she put on a huge smile, like she was giddy with anticipation and said "'cause my boyfriend is coming over and I don't want any drama."

 

I fell over griping at my chest :-\ I can't shake the image even knowing it was just in my own head.

 

I mean, wtf? I was the kind of bf every girl dreams about. I did those little things like asking her to put her seatbelt on when we'd get into the car and making her music mixes that expressed how I felt, etc.

 

Someday she'll live to regret her decision. I just wish that dream didn't happen.

That sucks man, just remember that it was only a dream and that you should not take it too literally. You probably just dreamed it because you are scared that she is with some other guy. I have the same problem sometimes. I dream about my ex a lot and it makes me miss her even more. The funny thing is about my dreams is that they are not always bad. Sometimes they are good dreams about us being together and having fun.

 

Those dreams can be worst sometimes because after you wake up you miss them so much and you think about and wonder if they have dreams like that about you too.

 

Anyways just remember it was only a dream and move on and if you were such a great boyfriend it is her loss and you shouldn't fret over it.

try to realize that it was just a dream thouhg.. ...not reality

 

for all of the nice guys i see post on here, i am beginning to think that they/she never wanted you to do all of those things for her. ...she never wanted to be taken care of in that way. ...i think she wanted to do those things WITH you, and wanted for you to cause at least a little bit of tension. not drama, just flirty sexual tension. the kind that frustrated her into jumping your bones. at least thats the pattern i am noticing. we were too nice to them. put them first too often!

I have been having dreams about my ex too. It is pure torture. One dream, he wanted nothing to do with me and hated me. The other, we got back together and made love. It was like a detailed dream too. Both made me feel like crap. Now I miss him deeply.

 

WHY? :'( It really brings me down for a good part of my day too. I hate it.

No matter what's going on, I think it's always hard to dream about your ex. I agree sativo, your dream wasn't too bad, but it's still painful. It's so hard to dream about your ex coming back to you and wishing it would actually happen, or waking up and wondering if your entire breakup was a dream.

 

I recently had a dream that my ex died. Guess it's a symbol for our dead relationship? Thing is though in the dream I'm pretty sure we were together, and then I went and wrote him a love letter... ahahaha... but then I had another great dream about how my mom went and b*tch slapped him after dumping me in the way he did.

The dream is just you sub- conscious dealing with what you conscious mind can't deal with. its sorting stuff out for you. Maybe you should welcome it because you are really processing what has happened.
