A few days ago I went shopping and bought what I think is a funny t-shirt that I am going to wear on a trip to Vegas. The line behind the cashier wasn't too long but when I finally got to the counter, the girl apologized for my wait. I told her no problem.

She commented that she liked my t-shirt and that she had something like my shirt at home. I told her that I bought the shirt for a trip to Las Vegas for a bachelor party. She asked when I was going and I gave her the exact date. She commented that she was going to be there the same weekend. I told her where I was going to stay and she told me the hotel where she was staying.

But then she asked me if I had a date. I asked her if she meant the wedding and she said the wedding and the bachelor party. Now I certainly wouldn't want to bring a date to a bachelor party, but it got me thinking..why would she ask if I had a date?

Was this just some friendly conversation, or was this something more?

Any thoughts?

I dunno, that is kinda a strange question for a girl to ask another girl. The way it sounds is like she may have been interested in you as something more than just gal pals. Who knows, did you ask her what she meant by asking you if you had a date? Guess you'll find out afterall once you're in Vegas since you told her where you're staying...
