What does it mean when two women who are friends talk about a guy in this way?

Tonight, This woman at my job was leaving work and she says to her to friend who was leaving-"why are you leaving and he is still here"- Referring to me

 

The woman responds to her friend by saying-"I don't need him to leave with me and besides he is your man"

 

 

Then there was another situation where the woman who leaving tonight said to her friend when me and her were working late and before she left she said

 

"yall probably are gonna to make out when I leave"

 

 

Then her friend said-"you are the one who wants him"

 

 

Is this a situatiom where two friends are interested in the same guy?

I wouldn't read it that way, I would see it as the woman who is staying is interested in you and her friend is trying to make it more obvious..perhaps she's shy.

 

That said, I kid around with my co worker like that all the time because we are fairly close. We leave for a rest room break and someone asked us where were were going and I said, to make out. I have zero romantic interest in him though, it's just banter.

Do you hit on either of them? If so they could be making fun of you. I've seen that done when someone has been blatantly hitting on someone else and that person has no interest at all and the person that is interested is clueless.

Put it this way: women only joke around openly like that when they have no real interest in a guy but think that he would be interested in both of them. When there is real interest, the tone of the conversation is completly different.

I agree... it's juvenile. Tell them "jokingly" that you feel sexually harassed by them. If they are smart, they would stop.
