Um. So who's holding a gun to your head and forcing you to have unprotected sex with a woman you don't trust?

The same person who would keep me from getting a paternity test.

So your partner forces you to have unprotected sex with her when you don't trust her and don't want to do so?

What a lovely, healthy relationship you've got there.

Actually, I think the converse is true. Any guy who would demand a paternity test of a woman who has given him no suspicion of infidelity is probably reacting to his own unscrupulous, cheating behavior. We've seen it allll over the infidelity threads; how the cheaters project blame. ;)

That's kind of the whole point isn't it? How do you know that YOU are having a baby with her?

As far as I can tell, both men and women, IRL and on this board claim that trust is the #1, or very close to the #1, thing needed in a relationship.

Do I seriously need to explain further?

That's an excellent point. Lots of cheaters try and make their SO feel less secure with themselves and like they're doing something wrong so they'll focus more on themselves instead of noticing the signs of cheating that may be going on. So very good point.
