SomewhatExperienced Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Both men and women, what do you think are the qualities, virtues and behaviour of what you would consider a REAL man. Please specify whether you're male or female when answering. I ask because I've always had an issue that when women turn sixteen they have a celebration of turning into a woman implying that being a woman in a great thing. But in our society becoming a man is a bad thing. You become a predator, someone who can't be trusted, someone who will willingly use other as a means to their ends. I've always believed that being a true man meant that you will always doing the right thing even when its not the easy thing, to be compassionate, caring, dependable, strong.
MalachiX Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 As is my understanding: 1. Drink a lot of beer. 2. Excreet gas in public and with pride. 3. Smack your woman when she gets out of line. 4. Resist the urge to cry at the end of Old Yeller. 5. Live in a Red state.
bac Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 All men are real men even they are different. Do you mean a perfect man who actually does not exist anywhere in the real world, but who exists in female's unrealistic fantasies? A pefect real man is different depending on fantasies of specific girls.

Woggle Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 To a woman it means that you have to hate your own gender.
