No but allot of women i know still would,probably would take it as a challenge and in her mind think im better looking then these women and can keep.tame him

 

The only time i listened my friends and i shouldnt was when this guy i was seeing they thought he was ugly and while it shouldnt have mattered to me it did and I stopped going out with him

generally men don't do any preliminary "research" on women that they plan on asking out...i wonder why that is

A lot of people don't know how to have strong friendships, especially in these isolated, every-man-is-an-island times.

 

But I do. I know why they are so important. And my close friends and I definitely help screen guys for one another.

 

Also, I would NEVER date a guy that a good friend of mine had previously dated, no matter what her opinion of him. That's just basic girl code.

girls do listen to there friends but i wouldn't let it worry me. girls like drama and for every 1 she pushes away 3 will be interested. even women know you cannot go against that fact. you should text her again and tell her she's to stupid for you.

If one of my good girl friends told me bad things about a guy, I would ask him about it and give him a chance to explain his side of the story. If several of my friends were like "that guy sucks don't go out with him." I'd probably avoid the guy. My friends and I do look out for each other, we would never say anything unless we knew 150% that the guy was bad news.

 

I would not really listen to an acquaintance.

 

But I do generally ask around about a guy before I'll consider a relationship. You never know what you'll find out! lol
