engravefeelthevoid Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Well she broke up with me after the first date...we kissed on the first date...we had liked eachother b4 for like 3 weeks...so after the break up I told her its ok and we can still be friends and I wished her strength and courage (she's out of a love relationship with this guy 4 months ago)...2 weeks later (lately) she starts talking to me again in uni and saying hi and I act friendly but not friend-zone-like.....no pushin...sat with her once for 10 mins... so yesterday she facebook talks to me saying I looked good and I told her the same...then she asks for a CD I had made for the date but i ddnt get....she says she wants it and its full of emotional songs....so today I get it and I put it in her bag (I dun let her se the cover) then I leave... well I'm a Tennis player and she plays tennis today for the first time....not with me though....a good friend of mine is now tight friends with her ( I trust him and he's 3 years younger than me and her) What smart logical steps do I follow to make it easier for her to get back to me incase she is coming back ? do I wait till she listens to it and talks to me about it ? how careless should I look ? should I look busy all the time ? Appreciate the advice =)
DustySaltus Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 I don't know she could "break up with you" after the first date. What did she exactly say? I would just go on living your life and project confidence. If it's meant to happen it will...but don't wait up for it.
Rearden Metal Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Just keep doing your thing. Sounds like she's working through some stuff and needs to get her head straight. She seems interested, and the way you're responding seems about right. Good luck!
Author engravefeelthevoid Posted March 3, 2010 Author Posted March 3, 2010 She said when she ended it that she wasnt ready for a relationship bc shes still not clear with her ex bf who cheated on her 5 months ago
BG1985 Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Then that means she still has feelings for her ex boyfriend rather than you. If this girl really liked you, she'd forget about her ex.
Author engravefeelthevoid Posted March 3, 2010 Author Posted March 3, 2010 well i know it sounds illogical...but she's trying to get over him...he cheated on her and she's really hurt...she's just scared of relationships in general...
