sally4sara Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 So Mr. White gets offended for his traditional GF being implicated when Barky says women interested in traditional gender roles are gold diggers. Then he posts this: So, don't give me this crap that "not all women are gold diggers" . Of course they are. I think the only thing you don't contradict yourself on is that you don't like women. Damn! this thread is an effing train wreck. If only we could gets some "real men" up in here......
DolceVenganza Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 If you are in fact a 'real man', you live an unadulterated life, free of molding and brainwashing from society or any other institution. Those who were 'killed off' were done so as the weakest members of the male species. Good riddance to bad rubbish. We are disconnected from our past. The prior hierarchy was and still is Rich, White Men. That never changed, even when America was being colonized. The stratification went to Poor, White men...White, Women...Black, Men...Black, Women. Women were subjugated throughout history, but their white male counterparts were little better off until many centuries later when they, too, could also own property and vote (back then, voting was linked to property ownership and poor people had no land, just as many do not today). WE ARE ONE IN THIS BATTLE. It has been waged for centuries like this! The Indians, Poor White subclass, and Black class (back then), were separated, despite their glaring similarities. Instead, they sought to buffer the angry, poor class by appointing a sparse few white, land owning rich, and then pitting the anger and helplessness of the immigrants AGAINST the middlings. Is it really any different today? No. The weapons of separation are just BETTER. Now, they pit the SEXES against one another and the only person to benefit from infighting and sexual disunion is the monster DUBBED SOCIETY. This monster consumes massive quantities of CASH through lawyers, politicians, lobby organizations, marketing budgets, etc by separating the sexes. It also diminishes our power as a PEOPLE on a grand scale by pitting the strongest union AGAINST itself, the family unit. Again, people do not know their past. The strongest union had was the family unit. They rarely trusted big government, politicians, or anyone outside of the family. Yes, we are afforded many new conveniences and a comfier way of life, but at the cost of losing ourselves and our identity. FEMINISM IS NOT TO BLAME. It is a belief like anything else. Not ever woman buys into it, whatever form it may exist in IS perverted. It began in an era when a woman's sole purpose was bearing children, waiting hand and foot on a controlling, overbearing man, and she had not voting rights nor ability to own property. She was a ZERO, used on for her womb and ability to clean. Many women would have preferred to kill themselves were it not for their children or strong conviction in an after life. Quite frankly, though, most men are of the deplorable sight today. They let themselves turn to pot. They have no sense of honor, duty, or friendship. They give into being an animal, as opposed to being a MAN (there is a difference). I've seen little schmucks not hold doors for old ladies, knock things over, dress like tools, act like fools in open public, not hold a decent job, not carry his own weight, act like drinking is the best thing in the world, and on and on. WE, the creators and protectors of human life have FAILED ourselves, our children, and our women. It begins with change in each and every man's OWN life as it relates to the creatures around. We have become destructive, selfish monsters - just look at the wars being waged. Rather than use our intellect and strength for good, we use it for profit and evil, for death and destruction. Each man and woman chooses their own path in life, and has a choice to change it each day. I care not for what "other women" do, just find the woman that fits you. Period. Stick to your values. For the umpteen pages we have before us, you could have been finding a woman who meets your standards, values, and beliefs, instead of whining over the lack thereof.
sally4sara Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 :love: Well said DolceVenganza; you sound like my husband!
Jersey Shortie Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Sally, you asked where the real men were and Dolce came in right in time. Always articulate. So this is the woman's fault? Was she able to secure the mortgage without her husband's signature? Or is he a milquetoast wimp who caves to his wife's demands at her every whim? Who is REALLY the problem in THAT little scenario? Hence, many women are STILL looking for their "real man." *nodd* and nice use of the word "milquetoast"!
Author MrNate Posted March 4, 2010 Author Posted March 4, 2010 wow! I didn't expect my thread to catch fire like this! I'm glad it was worth discussing.
donnamaybe Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Sally, you asked where the real men were and Dolce came in right in time. Always articulate. Yes, thanks Sally. Dolce, that was an AWESOME post. I don't know why there is this perceived "fight" between the sexes by some. I don't feel it except on LS. IRL, I surround myself with men AND women who have integrity and common sense and a caring for one another. If I did otherwise and then didn't like the outcome, who should I blame but myself? *nodd* and nice use of the word "milquetoast"! Thanks Jersey.
A O Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Yes, thanks Sally. Dolce, that was an AWESOME post. Awesome post if you're a woman or a fan of contradiction, for sure. He starts off by describing a real man, then puts an almighty boot into men in general. He also describes, arguably, the historical lot of women while then pointing out that we all choose our own paths. The real men shrug their shoulders and go about their business thinking - nothing changes. .
Woggle Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Why is it that male misandrists are the only kind of men that women here consider real men?
Pyro Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Why is it that male misandrists are the only kind of men that women here consider real men? a male misandrist is a guy who is sick of all the crybaby generalizing of the entire female gender from individuals such as yourself. Lots of us stable-minded guys here have happy and healthy relationships of some sort with women and are not only insulted that you are telling us that someday they will cheat on us, but also embarassed but that someone of our same gender is such a hateful and negative person.

Pyro Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Yet these same guys are silent when women bash men left and right. Go through the threads from the past 48 hours and copy and paste the links on here to all the men bashing threads and then I will copy and paste all the ones for the women bashing threads and lets see who's list is bigger.

Pyro Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 What do you feel about somebody like Jersey Shortie and her constant generalizations about men? Do you have the same reaction to her posts as you do mine? Way to prove my point....... I have read some of her stuff and she is way more open-minded and less generalizing than someone of your nature. Please point me in the direction of a men bashing thread of hers.

Even some women here get tired of her constant generalizations about men and how we are all nothing but porn addicts who like to degrade women. Just look at some of her posts in this thread.

We cannot be getting on JS for her schtick AND rampantly bashing men Wogs; make up your mind. I think you don't realize how badly you bash men with your schtick. They are not the overall oafish and hapless victims you believe they are. There might be some - you live in terror, but it isn't the nightmare you think it is and most people do a decent job of managing their own lives.

There are a select few who get on her about her generalizations but they are very rare. I don't bash men. I just call it like it is and I am more about reality and results then feel good rhetoric and my life is prime example of a behavior leading to good results. How many of these feminist men that women like to call real men actually have successful love lives?

I just call it like it is and I am more about reality and results then feel good rhetoric and my life is prime example of a behavior leading to good results. How many of these feminist men that women like to call real men actually have successful love lives? You're asking about my husband who talks often about how lucky we are and how good our life is. Life is much better when you're not always looking over your shoulder or imagining the worst or snooping through your spouses email and denying your love to them. Dare you to try it.....but you won't because you think of men as walking victims who cannot manage their lives without playing dumb games ike the above. Thus - you bash men with your message of "help".
Woggle Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Your husband is one of the rare lucky ones. Most feminist men are not lucky. How many of these men here can say that they once had 4 women wanting to marry them?

He put a "boot" into the arses of the "men" on this thread whining about how women are ruining their lives. Do these "men" have a backbone? Are they led around by their noses by women they ALLOW to do so? That is THEIR fault. Of COURSE there will be women like that, just as there are men who want to tromple on the rights of physically weaker people, such as women, and stick their chests out and strut around like roosters.

So you ADMIT that women on LS, for the most part, do NOT generalize like YOU DO! Good job at proving our point.
Taramere Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 I don't bash men. I just call it like it is and I am more about reality and results then feel good rhetoric and my life is prime example of a behavior leading to good results. How many of these feminist men that women like to call real men actually have successful love lives? I think you do bash other men. Possibly not consciously or deliberately, but you seem to have this belief that you are wiser to the ways of the world (and to women) than other men are. That you know more about the women in the lives of men who are total strangers to you, than those men themselves do. More about their wives, girlfriends, mothers, sisters and daughters than they do. From what I understand, you were brought up by a very dysfunctional mother and you didn't have any sisters. At a very young age, you married an extremely messed up woman who cheated on you and attempted to shoot you. Now you tell us that you're married to what sounds like a normal and nice woman. From your perspective, you are incredibly fortunate in having met one of the "few good women" left. From other people's perspective, you finally have some normality in your life. That's good for you, but I think you're misguided in believing that all the other men out there are currently stuck in the hell you used to be stuck in. It would be like a woman who'd been stuck in a physically abusive marriage for years becoming convinced that every other woman out there was being physically abused by her husband. Abused people become normalised to the abuse. Can sometimes find it hard to accept that others aren't being abused in the same way. That's militant feminism and the kind of militant masculinism you personally are prone to in action. If you really have turned your life around then that's great (though the notion of a genuine turnaround would be more credible if you sounded less embittered and angry on these boards). However, you do other men a disservice in believing that they're not capable of making decisions about how to deal with women and relationships without your input. A lot of men out there grew up with mothers and sisters they got on pretty well with. To those men, healthy relationships with women they like aren't going to seem like an unlikely lottery win. They're going to seem like normality. Those are the guys you deride, for not buying into misogynistic thinking....but the likelihood is that their experiences with women have been positive, in large part, and they therefore have no particular reason for subscribing to woman-hating thinking.
sally4sara Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Your husband is one of the rare lucky ones. Most feminist men are not lucky. How many of these men here can say that they once had 4 women wanting to marry them? I don't see how the two questions are even related. Are you suggesting that men should have 4 women? Are you suggesting men who don't hate women are unhappy unless they have 4 women? Are you high? Did you get that brain scan I suggested to look for lesions? Your mom was crazy so it might run in the family and be effecting you.

That's like getting nagged in quadrophonic sound but the fact of the matter is my approach works with women. When I used to be a feminist man I didn't have nearly that level of luck.
