PhillyDude Posted February 27, 2010 Posted February 27, 2010 This girl started working at my job about 3 weeks ago and yesterday I was talking to her about a candy bar they no longer sell in the U.S. That is called a MARS BAR and I was like-you can't get a mars bar anywhere in the U.S. Today I come into work and guess what's sitting on my keyboard? A Mars Bar and I knew exactly who t came from and I was a little surprised she went out of her way to find it for me. Is that her way of wanting me to ask her out? Also when I asked her where she got it from her reply was-"I don't remember" lol
BobSacamento Posted February 27, 2010 Posted February 27, 2010 The question is: Did you split it with her?
Barky Posted February 27, 2010 Posted February 27, 2010 I've said it before and I'll say it till the end of time... don't get involved with co-workers. Don't bang relatives, don't bang jailbait, and don't bang co-workers. Nothing good ever comes from any of those.

Don't bang relatives, don't bang jailbait, and don't bang co-workers. Nothing good ever comes from any of those. It really depends where you work. If it's like a temporary gig at a telemarketing firm, I say it's free game. If it has anything to do with your future career, I wouldn't mix business with pleasure. But there are no gurantees in life

Also when I asked her where she got it from her reply was-"I don't remember" lol aw! that's sweet... literally! yeah, she obviously likes you since she thought about you and bought the candy bar. I bet she was a little embarrased when you asked her where she got it and tried to play it off like it was no big deal.. that she didn't remember. So are you going to ask her out already? work relationships can be tricky but not impossible.

It was first manufactured in Slough, Berkshire in the United Kingdom in 1932 as a sweeter version of the American Milky Way bar which Mars, Inc. produced in the USA (not to be confused with the European version of the Milky Way, which is a different confection). A different chocolate bar with the same Mars bar name was sold in the USA until 2002, when it was discontinued. However it was relaunched in 2010."
