If you put up a pic say on a dating site, with you with a woman, you might get called a "pig" but there will still be more interest in you than if you put a pic of yourself alone. Why? Because you appear desired by a woman, hence other women will find it more desirable.

Take this pic of me for example. I look pretty bad, my eyes are not even open, but I posted it on facebook, I got called all sorts of names, but then after that, interest in me..

That's you...

I wasn't expecting you to be...well, good looking. You're way too hard on yourself.

Women want what other women have. I have a player friend that wears a fake wedding ring when he does his things.

I've heard about people doing it , but I don't believe that it works...at least I hope it doesn't work.

From what he tells me it works like a charm.

I'd hope not with women I'd be interested in.

Yup. Women definitely want what other women have; especially when it comes to men. That's why women go gah-gah over a guy that is grieving over his ex; it's cuz she has his heart.

I'm not that kind of woman. I ignore the profiles where a guy posts a picture of him and another woman. It's a turn off to me.

OMG, THE BIGGEST turn off for me is seeing a guy post a pic of himself posing with a woman on a dating site. To me, it just screams "I am soooo insecure".

I have to agree that such photos are an instant next for me as well. You'll only attract girls who like to compete.

IMHO, the psychology behind it isn't so much that women want what other women have per se... it's the perception that you know how to handle a woman that will attract a woman. If you can convey that in your profile description... you won't need to look like a playa ;)

I suppose that's a very valid point, but the thing is I get zero interest when it's a pic of just me, and I get some when I post a pic of me and a girl. Well, I've never actually done this on a dating site, a pic of me with a girl, but on facebook, I got the criticism from women, then in the next breath, them asking if I'll be in town sometime..

I believe it. And I read the responses of the women in this thread. And while I read them, I just can't and don't believe them. It's far too apparent that what a woman says and what a woman does are two complete polar opposites.

Are you relying on women approaching you or are you approaching women that you're attracted to?

Hard to use the were approach when referring to online dating. But when I try with that. I do "approaching" as well on occassion be approached. I guess my point was that I get more interest when I put a pic of me with a woman than if I don't., probably from not approaching.

Simply posing with a woman won't do the trick. She has to sense that your heart is with another woman or that your heart is out of reach for her and that will create the attraction. This picture reeks of desperation.

If the site shows who has browsed your profile... and you're attracted to any of the browsers, send a friendly message to break the ice and be sure to mention something from their profile (not just photo) that caught your eye.

Perhaps it's not so much a woman in the photo with you... but how you appear in the shot. If you were looking at the camera it might be a better photo. But honestly, I've NEVER contacted anyone with a 'posed with' photo.

Yes. Either he's insecure, or too stupid to figure out how to crop a picture :lmao:. Neither is an attractive possibility.

It might attract some more competitive girls who have trouble thinking for themselves, though. If that's what you want to end up with, go for it.

I agree with CE as well...if that's really you, you're more attractive than I thought you'd be. Perhaps further evidence that your problems with women originate in your head.

Um, people post pics of themselves with other people on FB ALL THE TIME, it's a part of the purpose of the site, sharing personal pictures and commenting on them, showing your friends and family slices of your life and your interactions with others. Not the same as posting shots of you with women on a dating site at all. Apple, orange. The only thing I don't get is why anyone would criticize you posting a pic of yourself with a woman on FB, unless it was the woman herself not wanting her pic up, or perhaps another woman who was interested in you already and thus became a bit jealous. Your hypothesis is totally debunked here.

Not ALL women, only the "broken", selfish ones!

I would NOT want a guy who has anther women and I don't want what others have.

So again, not ALL women!

Most women do though. This guy has so much more success now than when he was just a normal guy trying to get a date that it isn't funny. Even when he doesn't wear his ring just the fact that he has other women after him makes a difference.

Actually I think "that chick" may be a tranny.

Well heeeey, I don't care about the whole girl in the picture thing. I normally just assume that they're taken and move along. I don't enjoy 'stealing' a man away or trying to win his heart.

But if you're ever in the Milwaukee area you should look me up. ;)

HUGE turn off for me. That and close-ups of tattoos. And those holding beer cans.

"Interest" but no actual dates as yet, right?

Just like all the time you spent advocating violence against women because you thought women wanted to be "slapped around". How did that work out for you again?
