tinktronik Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 its not like herpes or anything...i think formal paperwork and notarizations need to take place first All I had to do was go to the social security office. I don't know if it's still that simple or not. I wouldn't actually do it. In fact I have considered keeping my ex's last name as our children share it and it works, at least until I have another child down the road.
