AgentCooper Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Hi all, new here, but I've been browsing these forums and it looks like a great community! Anyway, I decided to give online dating a try and I've been exchanging few emails with this woman for about couple of weeks now. We seem to get getting along nicely, few common interests and her responses are always several paragraphs long... After about 5 emails I suggested getting together for a coffee to which she responded (today, Monday) that she would like to meet me as well, but "this week is hectic, and maybe we'll get together next week". Is she playing hard to get or she is genuinely busy? We're talking cup of coffee, 30-40 min max? I just don't like games and therefore tend to overanalyze things Thanks for any input.
sid3 Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Only she knows if she is playing games. Your right, 30-40 minutes isn't a large amount of time for a brief first meeting. I'm sure at one oint everyone has been too busy though and wouldn't be able to make it during that time. Or it could just be an excuse, maybe she'd like to learn a little more aboout you through email before she is comfortable meeting. Who really knows You'll get a better idea if the online contact slows down.
Scarlett513 Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Let it go until next week and see what happens. That's all you can do for now. Good luck =)
