bekki10 Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 I split up with my boyfriend 3 months ago! we havnt spoken for 3 months but he has occasionally sent me texts and i ignored them. Then he started to msg me on websites asking me if we could go out for a drink and then started calling me again and i answered him and now i dont know what to do. I still love him alot and miss him and would love to meet up with him but i cant because of how things have been with him plus i cant trust him and i know if i meet him again ill get back with him. I cant go back to him either because my children dont like him. I wish i didnt start speaking to him again because i was doing well having no contact with him and was trying to move on but i cant because i still love him and wish i could be with him but i dont like how he is what can i do?
paleblue Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 i think you already know the answer to your question. the only thing you can do is move on and find someone you trust. you said you dont trust him, how are you going to be with someone you dont trust. your children dont care for him either? what is more important to you? him? or them? im sure he is a great guy, you had your time together and now its just time to move on. it didnt work. find someone you can trust and that your kids like : )

In that short messgae, you said "I Can't" 4 times... You are smart cookie. You know your answer to the question.. You Can"t go back into that relationship, not for you and especially not if your children dont like him... Start NC again, continue to heal and move past this relationship. Letting go of people is hard, but you know it's the right thing to do.
