sexysteve Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 say im a guy with a slim build and a good looking face or if im a guy with average less average face but with muscly arms and chest.
phineas Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 I hope it's muscles. Cause this mug aint gonna win a blue ribbon at the fair.
Jersey Shortie Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 I'm more attracted to face then muscles. But all girls are different.
txsilkysmoothe Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 say im a guy with a slim build and a good looking face or if im a guy with average less average face but with muscly arms and chest. Either scenario is fine and works for me as long as the least attractive trait isn't to the extreme. I would guess that most woman will choose a handsome face because it's a universal like whereas some women don't like muscles.
SOLACEMENT Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 Huge mucles are yucky...ewww... You are trying to tell me girls don't like dinosaurs
Silver_star Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 Had this discussion recently with my girlfriends and 5/5 agree the FACE always wins. Big muscles are gross. I like just a medium build, but not neccesary.
Eeyore79 Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 I prefer a nice face, but it won't make up for him being a bloater. An acceptable body is also required, but it doesn't have to be all muscly as long as it looks ok.
Twenty-ten Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 Face a 1000000 times over, body is important but nowhere near as important as face. Plus I don't like a lot of muscles that is kind of gross, athletic build is nice muscles are hideous.
bananaboat11 Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 skinny boys with pretty faces have huge penises. go emo! guys like me (VERY fit) must be over compensating for a tiny penis... And I like my face. I have been told time in and time out... I have a very handsome symmetrical face and attract women... then my body is so hot that I either intimidate women or make them shy away... then there are some who are just grossed out... I say that with as little arrogance as possible, but I fail at doing that ONLINE...
bac Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 It is 50/50. But, muscles and face are not so important as a d...k/quality sex.

zebracolors Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 Hypothetically, I think we all judge faces and bodies, its in our human nature. In the first few seconds we either decide that face or body does or does not appeal to us. We're not even aware we're doing it. It's how we decide to react that we're usually more in control of. I'm not sure if the OP is trying to gage the opinions of the women here on LS or if its just a general question. But I think it comes down to personal preference. Also obviously you'd hope that you connect with that person mentally, and physically if you were contemplating a relationship with them.
USMCHokie Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 guys like me (VERY fit) must be over compensating for a tiny penis... Yep, that'd be me...
sunrae Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 For me, I am attracted to a guy that is fit, but all american boy looking... Matt Damon is right up my alley... I dont like the muscle men at the gym, i like the guys who take care of themselves, if that makes since...Not spend hours working out... A great sincere smile, is my turn on...
Awesome Username Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 I think that subconciously, women are shopping for genes to use on their future children when they look at men. You can always build muscle, but you can't change a face (aside from plastic surgery, but even then there's only so much you can do with that!) A face tells a lot about a person - their demeanor, their lifestyle, their ethnicity, their culture, etc. That face can literally transfer onto their child, if the father's genes are strong enough. A face holds more depth and information than any other part of the body on a man. Muscle says that you spend time at the gym. It's nice, but it's not nearly as important to most women.

Thats a little much judging what kinda person somebody is by their face something they had no control over..
D-Lish Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 I notice someone's eyes first. I gravitate toward an attractive face and a lean build.
Awesome Username Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 Thats a little much judging what kinda person somebody is by their face something they had no control over.. It's a little much, but people do it all the time. You can't ignore that it exists. I know, because I had absolutely horrible acne growing up, and people treat you very differently when there's something wrong with your face. People have no control over what face they were born with, but they DO have control over how often they smile, what they do with the face, how they move it and how that alone will shape it. The face is rarely immobile - it is always expressive and moving. I love beauty when it's still, but I actually judge beauty more on how something moves, rather than its static state. I wish people knew that even though they are born with a specific face, they still have a good amount of control over how it looks to other people.

Fair point..Im hideous looking in still pictures when i see myself in the mirror or moving pictures i dont look nearly as ugly
Chitowngirl Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 Depends on the girl. I am typically attracted to a big build with muscles and then face. I tried to date a gorgeous faced guy with no muscles, and once he took his clothes off and we were in the dark, all I could do is touch his girly arms and I wasn't attracted anymore. So for me, muscles over a face. [ QUOTE=sexysteve;2654019]say im a guy with a slim build and a good looking face or if im a guy with average less average face but with muscly arms and chest.
deux ex machina Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 say im a guy with a slim build and a good looking face or if im a guy with average less average face but with muscly arms and chest. If it's only a choice between the two, I'd choose a good looking face. Personality matters a lot to me, though. So of one them stands out as intelligent, empathic, loyal, and can spar - that would easily tilt things his direction, regardless of "average/less than average" looks.
sagetalk Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 From my observations and life experience, women will say they choose by the face, but in reality muscles almost always win the day. It's rare to see a skinny guy with an ugly mug getting attractive women. However, it's a piece of cake finding a guy with an ugly mug and big muscles getting attractive women. You tell me what that means. It doesn't take a rocket scientist.
