Ex still contacting me after not seeing each other since New year's

Well we've been in LC via email and the last 2 to 3 weeks I've been careful to not initate any contact. Now fast forward, to 4 days ago, she sends me a message saying I just wanted to let you know that I haven't forgot about you. At this point, I really am getting irritated from hearing from you right now b'cuz initially I was very hurt that she left me and started dating someone else. Okay, then I do something last night that I prolly shouldn't have done. I basically sent her an email telling her not to contact me anymore and that I felt like she was playing games and if she has a new boyfriiend then why are you contacting me.

 

Now she has sent me 5 maybe 6 emails in a row to my email account. I haven't read them yet. I'm not even sure if I want to read them and then feel hurt all over again. Right now at this point, after I wrote the email, I felt 100 times better. How do I get the strength to walk away from this all. My hurt is now turning to bitterness and anger.

As long as you don't read those emails you retain that powerful feeling you have right now. If she had something to say that was really important...or if she wants you back she will do something more than just send emails. She would call or show up to talk to you in person. RIght now what she has to say in those emails won't really be what you WANT to hear so I wouldn't read them. Save them in a folder until you feel stronger.
