chloe1408 Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 ...is there any chance he'll ever regret it, ever come back. we were together a year and a half and he left little over 2 months ago for a younger girl who lives quite far away. she was the first girl he came across after the split and they were friends for one week before the split. there was nothing concrete behind our split and he's just used pitiful excuses like me cheating to justify it. so is the grass really greener? will he ever have any regrets?
TaraMaiden Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 ...is there any chance he'll ever regret it, ever come back. At this point? Highly unlikely. so is the grass really greener? Sometimes, yes, it is. will he ever have any regrets? At this point, it doesn't look like it.

sunrae Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 i know youre right even to this day he's saying he wants nothing to do with me i just find it so hard to wonder where all his feelings have gone Chloe, You have to move on... Him saying he wants nothing to do with you are pretty harsh words.... Leave him in the past and move on...
counterman Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 I'll paste what I wrote on your same thread in the "Coping" section. We would not know if the grass is greener with her. Only he will know and I think, even if it is not, then he will tell himself that it is. In saying that, whether it is or is not does not matter. He left you, without a decent reason, for a younger girl. To make things worse, he tries to justify it by blaming it on you, by saying you cheated on him, which is just immature and pathetic. Did you really deserve that? Of course not. You deserve better than that. If he does come back, you have to seriously ask yourself this: does he deserve to have you back? I don't think he does. I think if he does come back and you let him, he could always do what he did again i.e. leave you for some other girl, probably someone younger. He might regret it if things don't work out with this girl but you have to be careful if he comes back. Don't be caught up in what you once had or how much you love him and remember that he left you and blamed you. You deserve better. Take care of yourself and don't let anyone treat you like that again.
