Howitzer Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 Hey guys, Just wanted to share a few books with you guys. I'm starting out with these, and figured I'd pass it on. Both have been highly recommended to me, and it seems a helpful, structured way to look inside yourself. Both books have titles that suggest improving your self-esteem, but I find that they're more suited for getting you out of depression and depression related moods. Feeling Good, by David Burns This one seems a bit wordy, and harder to read. It's less than 10 dollars though, so worth a shot. Ten Days to Self Esteem, by David Burns This one seems more promising. It's a workbook type thing, and there's plenty of self tests inside to help you understand how you're feeling. -Howitzer
