Navis Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 I met this guy/friend as I was throwing things away, I asked him if he needed anything he replied yes..... during this moment, whilst I was chatting to this guy/friend, this girl that he Is acquainted to quickly passed by..... I said hi as she was leaving to go somewhere.. During this period of time of giving my stuff to him, I asked this guy/friend if that girl has a boyfriend (he replied NO boyfriend)... after spending the evening with him I also asked if he could, u know, if he could let her know that I like her or blah blah........ (Wen I laid my eyes on her, I instantly felt something in me) This guy/friend sent me a text asking if he could give my number to her, moments later she sent a text asking if she could have some of my old stuff.... wat type of text should I send? flirty one*??? **can someone help me in sending a really good text?** the ones I came up with is alrite babe/cutie , no probs erm, afterwards I would like to have a drink with you.alrite babe/cutie, u can have it all, but all I want is u.alrite babe, no probs cutie, but I would like something back from u thoug ; ) I am trying to send a flirty text do these come off too strange....... ***I need to send a really good text can anyone help?*** all I want is for her to be interested in me, in a romantic/erotic way.

If that's who you're after, fine. If not, decent women of any age would find your approach offensing.

Call me and we'll set something up." Making your big move via text is just plain lame. All the examples you gave will send her running. If you hate her, go ahead and send one of them and she'll leave you alone forever.

Just text her to let her know she can have some of your stuff and set up a time when she can come by. If you hit it off with her, then you can start texting her and having fun with it (moderately and slowly). Good luck! Also, what's with the word "cutie"? I had a guy call me that in a text a few times...does it mean generally mean he's interested or is it more a word guys use when they just think a girl is cute and nothing more. I have a feeling a girl's "cute" and a guy's "cute" might be different.

Next time don't worry about if a girl has a bf because believe me she will tell you. Just start flirting with a girl if you like her and don't ask for help from friends. Just txt her what every you want it doesn't really matter. In my opinion the less you txt the better, just try to see her again in person. "come over" something short and sweet like that or "meet me at blank"
SoulSearch_CO Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 I felt they were all cheesy and I abhor text speak. I use proper English when I text. If a guy texted me using the garbage language you used, I would laugh and suggest he start reading more to learn how to spell. Intelligence is a huge turn-on. Hood/text speak on a first exchange? Not so much.
