Cranialrupture Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 HI everyone whom I know and don't know!!!!! It's been awhile since I have been on here. I came on to give some of you that know me an update and to those that don't know me. HANG IN THERE!! Life for me has become really good. I am happier than I think I ever have been. I am truly happy with myself and DO NOT regret any of what I went through. I have learned so much and am truly grateful for it. God bless my ex for putting me through it. :) Sure it was a hell that I never want to repeat. It really was the worst time of my life. But the lessons I learned have helped me so much. I am a single dad of three and damn proud of it. I cook, clean, shop, do the bills, repairs, teach and guide my three beautiful kids, work full time, excercise daily and play hard. And at the end of the day when I am totally exhausted to the point I can't move I have nothing but smiles as I look around and tell myself hell ya. No one can stop me or hold me back. lol :) So, for those that are struggling and lost and are in the depths of hell. Don't give up. Keep fighting for yourself and moving forward. There is a rainbow at the end. You may not be able to see it yet, but it's there. LS is a great place for advice and support. . . . . . oh and yes there is a new girl!!! *blushing*...ok not really blushing, but she is amazing. Completely opposite my ex. Not needy, independent, happy with herself, mature etc. :) Anyways, just wanted to pop in and say HI and to offer any advice I can. I myself am still looking for that glimmer of light. Maybe it's there and my eyes are closed. I feel so stagnant. Since my STBX left 2 years ago, all I do is work, work, work and try to sleep as much as I can. I 'm so ambitious and have tried multiple times for a different job as I think that would help but no such luck. It's very depressing and de-motivating and I have to push myself just to do everyday things. I am so glad to have my son/daughter but I only get to see them every other weekend and I am usually exhausted by that time so push, push, push, push some more!!! Fake it till you make it they say. Yeah ok. It takes more energy to fake it!!! Aside from my gloom congrats again!!! I forget how long has it been for you since D day? cya
