now_what Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Since the breakup of my 30 year marriage 16 months ago and the subsequent divorce and my ex's remarriage, I'm having a real tough time achieving any forward motion to get on with my life. I know what I want to do, I just can't seem to get the lead out and put my plans into action. Can anyone share how they pulled out of a funk and made things happen?
GrayClouds Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 I suggest exercise. Even f it just getting out and walking every day. The endorphins will help you make you feel better while the movement will give you more energy. Do what you can at first and then push yourself. Good luck.
