I know I will get what I want & that I will be happier. I dont see anything wrong with plastic surgery and bettering your appearance. In my culture I was raised to think that the lighter your skin is, the straighter and longer your hair is the prettier you are, the better you are and the more you get ahead. It's internalized. I can't think any other way.

 

You can. You just don't want to.... because you think being who you are won't get you what you want.

 

Truth is, trying to be something you're not isn't going to get you what you really want.

 

Being yourself and happy with who you are is the best path to happiness (with or without someone).

I don't know why this is but here is my observations on mixed clubs vs black clubs...

 

When I go to a mixed club, I am better looking than most of the people there and I don't look as short. I can dance decently too so I can go out on the dance floor and get action fairly quickly.

 

At the black clubs, I look like a complete tool. Most of the guys and girls are very good looking and I'm just outclassed. They also dress a lot better at black clubs. They wear very expensive clothes. I went about 3 times and stopped going, it was a waste of my time.

As soon as a black guy makes a lot of money or becomes famous first thing he does is find the blondest woman in the world and marry her. I know from personal experience that black women are quite often single due to the problems in their community where most of their men are dead or in jail. And in my opinion, in my experience with (educated) black women, they can be quite nice and intelligent with a good understanding of how the world works, and not in the annoying Carlton Banks type of way either, but in a normal down to earth way.

When did I say I was always chasing white women?

 

For one, I don't even like blondes and have never dated a blonde. I am nothing like Tiger Woods and don't go after the same type of women he does. I like very dark hair/black haired women.

 

Although I said 1/2 of the women I've dated were white. Two of my LTRs were with Asian women.

 

I know you live in DC so you're in a high black population place. I live in CA. Do you realize the black population here is 6.7%? Why is it hard to believe that most of my opportunities are with non-black women? And why would you throw in the money/fame thing when I'm not even famous? Back when I was in high school with no money I was already dating interracial because there were very few blacks in my high school by necessity.
