stamfordman Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Met this girl on chemistry. Hadn't heard from her since we both went away for the holiday. When I got back, I emailed her and asked if she would like to meet for coffee some time. She replied back saying yes. I called her the next night and left a vm on her cell phone. She uses a different provider than I it seems. Four days later she returns my call. Was amazed she took four days to return my call so I did not answer. Besides, she called late and it went to my vm. She left a message. The next night she emailed me and said she received my vm did I receive her's? Replied back the next morning and said yes, but been really busy. Let's talk this afternoon. I called her in the afternoon, around 4:15 and got her vm. Left another one and then also sent a text saying just left a vm. Call me back when you get a chance. Never heard back. Whacha think? Tryin to get a fresh perspective?
temple Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 She probably isn't interested. It's not your loss, get someone you can have more than an audio-based relationship with
Author stamfordman Posted January 14, 2010 Author Posted January 14, 2010 Possibly. But, if that were true, one, why return the phone call anyway, and then a day later, e-mail me to confirm I received her message? Seems a bit much, the e-mail part, if she's not interested.
temple Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Maybe she just wants to be 'polite' and can't give you a direct no? I'm as confused as you are. The only thing left for you to do is wait.
