How can I get over this without NC

I have four children with this woman. She left me a week ago today. How will I ever get over this without being able to go NC?

 

Friday we are signing the divorce papers, but I still have to see her and talk to her because of the kids.

My wife left 2 weeks ago now. We have 2 kids. We haven't really went the divorce route yet. I have to drop the kids off at her house each morning. I have found it is best to just be pleasant and just talk about the kids pretty much. Don't talk about the relationship between the 2 of you.

 

I don't know about you but i am hoping to get my wife back at some point. Cause of this it can be hard leaving sometimes after dropping the kids off. You want so bad to give her a hug or tell her you love her or something, but nothing good comes from doing these things.

I would love to have her back, but I know it isn't happening. I found out she has been text'ing old flames and she told me she has no feelings for me anymore. I found out she was telling other people 2 months ago, but wasn't telling me.
