cognac Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Recently came back into contact with a girl I knew from high school who is in the area on break from her school out of town. I never really could gage if she was into me or not, she would always say how handsome I was but I was always a bit scared in high scfhool to even try (she is probably out of my "league"). Plus she is very different than me in a lot of ways but I think she has grown up a lot. She gave me her phone number and wanted to have a reunion with some kids with high school. I'm starting to get over the other girl who I loved. In fact, I pretty much am. Today was my birthday and she hasn't spoken to me in days. I've also been in jail past 2 days and tried calling her to no avail. No happy birthday, nothing today. She's now under the category of "people who are dead to me" but I may get that old feeling once she starts to talk to me again. Whatever. I asked this girl from high school to come out to get a drink with me but she has yet to respond. Do you think it's worth another shot if she says no or ignores it (which I'm pretty sure shes going to do ). I'm now 21 so I actually don't care about women anymore now that I can legally go into strip clubs and bars I'm thinking this will hold me over and forget about the girl I loved until another one comes around.

lord alfred douglas Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 I dont know about her I did suggest under one of my other aliases that you try someone a bit older who may appreciate your wide intellectual interests a bit more You would have to tone down the edge just a bit though. I can sense the angst and hyperactivity of young men coming through in some of your posts

Older ladies like 30-40 are more open to guys like me because they think almost all young men are "HOT" physically even if they're not that tall, and when they find out i've got a personality that a lot of young guys don't have I'm sure many will be open to me. I can sense the angst and hyperactivity of young men coming through in some of your posts [/Quote] You're right man, after getting away from some pretty serious felony charges with a slap on the wrist and expungement, I'm trading in my chips and redirecting my energies to something else like learning guitar or getting good at my computer games (got a new computer for my birthday ). this is going to be atleast until my conditions for expungement are met in a year.
