delirious Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Okay he is married, so am I so it is complicated but I am not writing about that. We have broken up two times before and always the reunion was amazing. He now says I am in his head all the time, he said he cannot sleep and cannot concentrate on anything and that is why he had to break with me. He said he does not love me, he will not let himself.. eh? Is that crap? I need to know if he loves me, it feels like love. I am not 16. Don't say irrelevant things like it does not matter if you are broken up.

Don't say irrelevant things like it does not matter if you are broken up. No, he is not in love with you. He is infatuated with you. He is in love with his wife. Reason: When you are in love with someone, breaking up with them is not an option for you. When you are infatuated with someone, it is only the sex that you desire, and it is ok to walk away/come back to it repeatedly. From a guy who's been there.
Howitzer Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 But you guys are both married...to different people...right? He must love his wife, since he has not left her yet.
xerofate Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 No, he is not in love with you. If he was in love with you, he would leave his wife.
reboot Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 If a man loves a woman, he will risk everything to be with her.
Brokenhearted_girl Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Unfortunately, the only person he loves is himself. He doesn't love you or his wife. He is getting the best of both worlds and you are being shortchanged.
gaudi Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I don't think you should spend to much time trying to tell if he loves you from what he's saying. I wonder if he says the same kind of things to his wife...
LucreziaBorgia Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 He is infatuated with you. You are like Disneyland for him - fun to go to, and you yearn to go there, but its not someplace you can realistically live.
