I love music!

I like that song and I think I'll get the album.

One I listen to is Hoobastank - Say the same.

If I really want to cry my eyes out then I listen to Lifehouse - Broken.

I try and stay away from that one.

I made a post about upbeat songs a while ago but only one person answered! :( Maybe people on LS don't want to listen to happy songs

This one will pep you up for sure: Haven't Met You Yet

It's so cute!

I was listening to this Spanish song entitled "Cosas Del Amor". It is not exactly my story but I thought it reflected the sadness I felt.

"Tengo el corazon herido, el hombre que yo quiero se me va. Lo estoy perdiendo, estoy sufriendo. Llorando de impotencia, no retenerlo...."

lol...jeez...so pathetic..:D!

And the oh so sad:

Paolo Nutini - Last Request

Hi, I'm new here. Im now in a happy, committed relationship but at one point I was there too. This song reminds me of that and to all of you going through it /hugs. Things do get better!

This song does hurt but it can be empowering at the same time ;)

Mine used to call me after drinks to tell me how unhappy she still was, and how much she still missed me ...

Used to set me back no-end each time !

So, I love this one from Evanescence

I didn't know you were a Brit too, Hazyhead! But seriously, what a beautiful song.

I'm totally taking over this thread but I just love my music!

Al Green - How can you mend a broken heart

Harry Connick Jr - Stardust (couldn't find the Nat King Cole version)

Part of the lyrics:

Sometimes I wonder why I spend

The lonely night dreaming of a song

The melody haunts my reverie

And I am once again with you

When our love was new

And each kiss an inspiration

But that was long ago

Now my consolation

Is in the stardust of a song

Beside a garden wall

When stars are bright

You are in my arms

The nightingale tells his fairy tale

A paradise where roses bloom

Though I dream in vain

In my heart it will remain

My stardust melody

The memory of love's refrain

ACKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!! DO NOT POST LYRICS!! That is why all the other song threads end up deleted!! posting lyrics is some kind of copyright infringement!!!
