Dancing is about rhythm and tempo, so is sex. That said, how much movement is desirable depends on the situation, just like in dancing. Rather than being more graphic than that, will just leave it to your imagination.

As some one said, don't get reality confused with a porno, but definitely being very interactive and engaged is the way to go, and definitely don't be shy with trying something new. At a minimum the guy will probably like the effort. I would always say do what feels good for you, i.e. if you're in missionary, and moving down slightly feels good then do it, don't just lie there and expect it to be good. Sex is supposed to be intimate, and porn isn't. Men know when they watch porn their partner IRL isn't going to look like that, or move like that. But she doesn't have to, so long as she moves and isn't afraid of trying new things, that pleasures both of them.
