Does persistency work on men?

It could always be that he likes to flirt or enjoys the attention/ego boost, as he already knows you're interested. I've seen this happen a number of times in which girls who made the first move and were let down in any number of ways. Yet, the guy remained flirtatious or became even more flirtatious. Based on this, girl tried again some time later, and the reaction was still the same.

 

I don't mean to imply that this guy is necessarily the same, or that things won't change in the future. However, it is something to consider. Just don't put all your eggs in his basket.

 

I assure you he hadn't attracted someone like me if he was faffing around flirting with many ladies at work. He is a highly reputable professional, reserved and a true gentleman. It does not matter if I date him or I do not but I see highly of him regardless. We should give credit where its due :)

I agree to giving credit where it's due. :) I wasn't trying to imply that he was some sleazy playboy type, or, even that this is necessarily the case with him. I have seen this behavior towards friends from otherwise nice and respectable men. However, it's impossible for anyone to really say one way or another from your posts here, but I wish you the best of luck.

Yeah its difficult to establish right or wrong in situation like this. I,ll probably wait untill I leave the company or leave it altogether. No harm done !!
