I guess hemorrhoids are located in his rectum. I am a girl, so I typically do not insert anything in my men's rectums, so I do not care/or know if they have the hemorrhoids. I had a man with the rectal prolapse. It is a condition when the rectum prolapses outside. The only problem that I have noticed about that condition was that it did not look pretty.

Hmm, I wonder if the guy I was talking about in my thread(the one who goes 10+ times a day to the restroom), is at risk for rectal prolapse. Sounds like the pressure would cause this condition.

I don't know if he has IBS, and if its loose stools. I meant from all the pressure or the massive blowout he experiences daily, I could see it prolapsing.

He might have the inflammatory bowel dosease. I guess that the rectal prolapse in men might be because of excessive anal stimulation with any objects. But it is just a guess.
