ItsAllGoodAgain Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 You love someone with all of your heart then they dump you for whatever reason. You Cry, Beg and plead for them not to go but they're already gone. You spend weeks/months/years wondering what went wrong, what could I have done? There is an emptiness in your heart left by her. Well I've come to realize that that emptiness is not her, its the feeling of love that has been missing. I believe we associate that emptiness too much with the person and not the actual feeling of love. I've looked back on all of my serious relationships and discovered this pattern. -You fall in love -Things sem perfect -Something happens where feelings are lost on either side -The relationship ends -You're sad, lonely, depressed, angry, etc....and all that they bring -You go nc and work on you -You start feeling good again, happy to be alive -You start dating -Find someone you like and that likes you -You start to forget about your ex -You realize that the emptiness is the feeling, not the person Bam!!! You're back, you're happy and all that has happened with past relationships is in the past. You learn and grow from them. If you are a genuinely loving person you will find that feeling again. once you let go of the past, that void will be filled. I guarantee it!!
