I think what comes next is a good night sleep. If alcohol can't make your night prettier then sleep through it. Even more useful and healthier than alcohol (also great way to escape reality). I'm now just relaxing on the bed with my kitties, watching the Dog Whisperer. I will be glad to ring in the new year and bid 2009 good riddance - the most horrible year of my life. I actually had a really good date earlier tonight, but the girl has to work early tomorrow and had to leave around 11... Another reason to hate my ex. I'm stuck in a college town where most of the students are out-of-town for NYE. So right now I'm in an empty apartment. I can't f*cking believe she'd abandon me like this. She's probably "having a good time" with her pudgy boyfriend. Makes me sick.
