ItsAllGoodAgain Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 I was at the store returning a few Christmas gifts yesterday. I forgot my wallet in the car and ran out to get it. When I turned the corner in the parking lot there she was with her current boy toy driving straight towrds me. We saw eachother at the same time. Her eyes opened wide and she sat up in her seat and nervously looked away and said something to her bf. He staried at me and I just kept walking maintaining a bit of eye contact with him. I didn't waive or even break stride. I just continued doing what I was doing and they drove off. When I returned to the customer service line I saw them enter the store. Her head was down and they were walking straight towards me. She picked her head up, saw me and stumbled briefly before grabbing her man and quickly walking the other direction. I just kind of shook my head and wondered. I even chuckled a little. If she has what she wants with her bf who is also the father of her child then why did she act so spastically? Why was she so nervous about it all? I've never done anything to this girl to make her unfriendly. She has no reason to turn and run. What do her actions mean?
xoxo88 Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 Did she do anything crappy during your relationship or when you broke up? If she did her acting might show guilt. If she didn't maybe she's just the type of person who breaks up with people and pretend she doesn't know them anymore.
worldcavedin Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 It means she has got to you again! thinking about her causing youself pain/anguish. Try and let it not bother you, just let the thoughts of seeing her go out your head and keep moving on. That said i am dreading the first time i see my exw with her new man as i would probably want to go and lamp him. You did well, not to react, so you will know now that you can move on without her. She drunk dialed a few days later saying how sorry she was and that she loved me and always would. So maybe she is still feeling a little guilt. I can't imagine how he felt seeing her get all flusterd like that over seing me. But he just followed her like a big puppy dog.
Author ItsAllGoodAgain Posted December 31, 2009 Author Posted December 31, 2009 And your right worldcavedin, I felt pretty nervous myself on the inside but definitely didnt on the outside. nobmagnet, it does mean something when I can chuckle about the ordeal. I have come along way for sure. If it were a month ago I would have probably made the mistake of calling her out and being a complete dick towards him. Hoping he would make a move so I could show her how weak and worthless he is. That would've been bad needless to say.
