If wife wanted me to move out of her house (she bought before married) can i legally stay in it until the divorce? or if I am unable to afford housing on my own, is she obligated to pay for part of it?

I don't know where you live, or how long you've been married.

 

But, unless you signed a pre-nup, I'd say that house is half yours bucko.

It depends. Are you in the US? What state? Most states you can't be evicted from the marital home without a court order(from divorce).
