That men are sex enslaved dogs in heat just looking for leg is a horrendous (but convenient) sexist stereotype that needs to GO AWAY. It's not that men just want sex but ending up getting trapped into these icky relationship thingies somehow, but that men have to display for sex constantly, and here's the real important part HAVE NO CONTROL WHATSOEVER OVER WHICH OF THEIR ADVANCES WILL LEAD TO SEX AND WHICH WILL NOT. What does even mean? Because that is starting to sound like an excuse more than a fact.

There are quite a few famous couples who adhere to this example and it is clearly NOT about gold digging when the women are equally as financially successful as the men, sometimes even more. Women look at the whole package, men settle a lot of the times for really good arm candy. Because in the male world that equals success.

I write a lot for work, and always work with deadlines you just learn to pump out stuff fast...

I just don't understand how simply looking good is going to cut it when you are talking about somebody that you will be spending a lot of time with and potentially building a life with and that goes for both genders. I can understanding wanting arm candy for one date when you want to impress somebody but trying to build a real relationship on that is a recipe for failure. Sure my woman is attractive but it goes so much deeper than just that.

Taller than me, shorter than me, brown hair, blonde hair, red hair, blue eyes, green ,brown, british accent, southern accent, 93 corolla or 2009 BMW or no car at all , smarter than me, not smarter than me, smoker, non smoker, whatever fashion, yellow teeth, crooked teeth, perfect teeth etc etc. If I like the interior, and the exterior is atleast passable, you're in. Women would be willing to date maybe 10-15% of men using this criteria. There are so many more boxes for women to check before even considering a guy for a date. Then again, maybe I am not being empathetic, I don't know what it's like to be a woman and being able to choose between men like one chooses between brands of bubble gum.

A womens crush will involves here fantasizing about marrying the guy and getting swept off her feet by him even though she has no idea what kinda guy he is..

I just want a semi decent looking girl whos caring and sweet but those girls are holding out for 9's and 10's At a party last night every girl swarmed around the same two guys,and some of these girls were quite homely yet thought they had a shot.. I don't like to live like a catholic priest and when I was single it was quite easy for me to get laid so I went for it. I didn't want anything from most of these women except for sex and I know if I persued a relationship with any of them it would have been a disaster. Men tend to file the women they date into sex buddies and commitment material and usually a man has a damn good reason not to commit to a woman. Can you imagine the trainwreck it would have been if I commited to that alpha who was a FWB?

Men made it this way, they do not have to be two separate things, if men had more self control and dignity in this respect it would help to look at women as more than just sexual objects....this is also why so many women today have grown to objectify men, in the very same way men have been doing so to women for many years. See women now have unattached sex and we have learned to also objectify men, hence the higher standards women have on men physically speaking. But I digress.... Bottom line there is nothing in the male make-up that states that he needs detached sex to be a man or whatever the reason is that men have so much detached sex. So what gives?
