Hopeless4u, hang in there sweetie. I know it's hard to hear the music and watch the TV. I hardley do both myself.

 

I tried a new age station the other day and I found it nice as well as easy to listen to since there were no songs that remind me of MM. I'm not NC right now like you, but I've been there before. The new station helps during those times.

 

I know it will get easier for you. Hugs.
