She called like 5 times over the last 3 days and she's leaving these weird messages on my cell. She just called at 8:00am today. What should i do? i'm scared. Call her back and for once be honest and tell her that you aren't interested in pursuing anything with her, apologize and tell her to take care. Haven't read anything else other than your first post, so who knows what's happened since then.

I've told her numerous times that I'm not interested in her like that - and, the more I show disinterest, the more she shows interest, it's getting ridiculous.

Haven't read anything else other than your first post, so who knows what's happened since then. I don't know if its a good idea to be completely honest with someone who sounds rather crazy. I think he should call her or text, but make up another excuse, that would be less personal towards her. If he says "I don't like you, quit calling", things could take a turn for the worst if she is in fact psycho(which her non-stop calling has implied for most part).

Any interaction at all is probably going to spark the obsessive thoughts and actions. Better to just disappear.

If you say to her that you are not interested and want her to stop calling you, she will do that with no resistance. I tried to do many things in a situation like that, including ignoring calls for a month, being very unpleasant, insensitive, but it did not work out well. But, when I told him things upfront, he vanished into thin air right away.

Well, then at this point all you can do is what you are doing.. ignore her and eventually she will go away. It sucks.. I've been there and it got so crazy that I had to get a restraining order.... but that was with an ex that wanted to get back together and would not let go of me. It's scary how obsessive people can be...
