Chin up guys and gals, We can make it through this.., we're in it together and whilst I know this is a crappy time for us, I wanted to put perspective on where I am now for me... its -9 deg Celsius where I am and there are people sleeping on the streets who may or may not get hot food tomorrow.. if they make it through the night.. there are kids going to bed in houses where the only surprise they may get in the morning is not to be hit.. there are elderly people with little or no fuel who may not see christmas morning.. life continues on in its own inevitable way, and whilst we are in the midst of heartache and pain and confusion we can get this through... so, now, its the ultimate xmas movie.. Die Hard!!!!.. ha ha... to all my friends here, thank you for seeing me up to this day, I'm not done yet, by a long shot, but I am sooo glad I found ye.. esp... Sunset Posted December 25, 2009 Posted December 25, 2009 for putting things into perspective. Love is just chemicals in the brain, hard as that sounds its true. Paul McKenna does a fantastic book for healing the heartbreak..its not hypnotism it just trys to retrain the brain...well worth a read. I am not putting down the way you feel...my gosh it hurts..just trying to give another perspective to all those looking for an answer or to heal on christmas day. If you struggle dealing with the hurt..try to think how a famous person would act and fake until you feel it...would Madonna put up with this crap, I think ye not. Big hugs to you all
