This is what life is like for betas. You never had a girlfriend in high school, you never want to homecoming or prom, you graduate college a virgin, if you go to grad school, you graduate that a virgin. You realize that there are 14 years in high school that have way more sex than you ever will. When you reach your 30s, you've never even had a relationship, while everyone else you know is probably even divorced by now. If women knew about your lack of experience, you would never be considered, hence you have to hide it, should you even get a chance. You walk outside, and constantly see couples, and realize, it's unlikely that will ever happen to you. You cannot contemplate what being a beta is like, so when you write your scathing comments, insults, or whatever, it's like you insulting a blind person, not knowing what being blind is like. honestly, can you comprehend not knowing what red looks like? someone who was blind from birth has no concept of what red is, and you cannot possibly relate. Betas are social cripples, outcasts of society even more so than ex cons, for at least there are some women interested in them. Betas exist to pay taxes, nothing more.

There are plenty of women out there that would give you sex or companionship or whatever you think you "need", but you probably don't consider them at all because they don't meet your physical standard requirements. I know where you're coming from, because I'm pretty low confidence myself....but I know my current lack of relationship is my fault...if you can even call it a fault. I have way higher standards than I can most likely obtain given my current status...therefore I'm working on myself to become better. Not to get a woman, but to get myself closer to where I feel like I should be. Stop sulking and start working on improving yourself. So what, you're not currently getting laid....there's probably millions of married men who are also not getting laid yet they're contractually obligated to stay with their partners lest they get reamed financially.

Start a Meetup group of just betamale happy hours with the purpose of having alpha women seek you guys. There are alpha women out there who seek beta men. The betamale group might even meet beta women.

Maybe if there were a TV network for betas, like Lifetime is for women. Maybe if betas had some sort of outset. Imagine if you started a thread saying "women have to go through childbirth, it's painful", you'd get all this support, advice, and nobody would ever say "another pity party" especially when you can choose to not get pregnant.. Another double standard.

If you spent half the time actually trying to improve yourself that you do whining and complaining here then you might meet some women. You don't listen to anybody and you just wallow in self pity 24/7. You are not a beta youre an omega. No woman in her right mind could put up with your victim act. Its not them its you. Get some help. Go to therapy. I guarantee that I've had more trouble with women in my life than you have. I have exteme social anxiety and have a lot of trouble relating to people but I also have respect for myself. If I can do it then you can do it easily you just need a ***king attitude adjustment.

You need to take every rejection as an opportunity to improve for the next time. Some things you can't fix. Your face is one of them - if you're not super attractive you can't do a whole lot to fix it. Big deal! Go to the gym and get rid of the fat. Get a haircut that improves your face. Dress well. It is not ****ing hard. Stop acting like it is obligatory for women to drool over you when you do nothing to encourage such behavior. Make it obligatory for them. The most important part, though, is your personality. Be outgoing, confident, and fun. Be someone you would want to be around. This is cliche but it's absolutely true - if you don't want to be around yourself how would anyone else? Next time you decide to bitch everyone else out for your problems look at what you can do to improve your situation. No one likes a whiner.

There are a lot of times, which might be beta's case, where being in shape and being very social able/charming isn't enough to overcome your genetic disadvantages (height/looks/race/etc) to meet the majority of women's dating floor.

Actually I've only had girlfriends/dated when I was the fatest I have ever been (which isn't that fat). But when I was in sock solid shape, huge muscles, 6 pack abs, couldn't get a date to save my life.

My Psychology 101 professor said in class "you may not need sex to live, but you will lose your will to live if you don't get it". So again, you are taking what you have for granted. Think from the perspective of someone who hasn't had sex in over 2 years.
