lemonlegs Posted December 22, 2009 Posted December 22, 2009 After being kind of friends with benefits for 5 months, with a random NC month break in between, he goes to a concert with his ex gf (who has been a huge problem in our relationship), I told him that we can't talk 'casue the games have to stop. All's he says is "That's fine with me." as if it doesn't even phase him. Meanwhile he told me a week ago he loved me. I just can't get past the fact that he'd "just say that to me". Ugh.... does he really not care if we never talk again? what the hell..

It's like throwing a precious treasure in the rotting garbage. When have you heard a precious treasure jump out of the trash can to beg the person to know their worth? Anything? Didn't think so. Value YOURSELF. Show your worth by living your life and going NC. Begging for an answer, closure, or a "final talk" only makes you look desperate and needy and it doesn't get you what you want. The person who threw you(the precious treasure) in the garbage has to be the one to go through the banana peels, egg shells and torn receipts to realize that you are a prize they must keep. They have to work hard for it and even then they have to polish your ass like hell to win your glow again. Show him what you are made of. My ex came back and I was like, "NO THANKS!" You can do it!!!! 1
