Omega3
I dated this girl for 2 years, we broke up, got back together for about a month. Now it's been over a month since we last talked. She was talking to someone else during that 5 month period before we talked again, now she's talking to him again. In no way do I want to be with her, as I know it won't work out, but at the same time, it pisses me off that this guy is with her. Perhaps because he's "my replacement". I want her to be happy, but I can't help but feel some strong anger. No idea why, I shouldn't care, I don't want to date her again.

There are all sorts of dark places where things hide, where arguments between one part's needs conflict with another part's needs. It's a Labyrinth with all sorts of weird creatures and dead ends. There's a quote from Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" that fits as a reply; "The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you use your mind wrongly—you usually don't use it at all. It uses you."
