We met and she seemed instantly attracted. Did the hair flipping etc. all that. I asked her out and she said she'd love to instantly. No hesitation. She said to send her a text to confirm.

I text her and she says to meet her after I get out of work and she'll let me know where to meet. Work ends I text, no answer. I go home and she says "oh I didnt hear my phone where are you?" about a half hour in on my drive home. I say lets try another time.

Ask her out again..."I'm going to a wedding, ask me next week"...ask her this week "I have a birthday party to go to blah blah" so I tell her, look if you dont wanna go out just say so. She gets mad and says "oh why do you assume things blah blah blah" I say listen, I'd just like to know if you want to meet or not, because it sounds like you dont wanna meet. Thats all. If you do, great. Let me know with a time and place because you seem very busy."

OK mind you, this is after about half hour of flirty texts she sent me (hey I was bored at work, nothing else to do). Why is she flirting with me heavily during texting, looked interested when we first met but is being so wishy-washy on meeting me? She's always so vague "oh sometime next week" or "dont know where I'll be I'll let you know" and sh*t like that.

Is this girl just an attention wh0re, and the reason she got mad about me calling her out was because she knew I was on to her? How do I handle this without flipping my lid? What can I say to her to find out once and for all if she really wants to see me, or is just jerking my chain?

You already found out if she wants to see you, she doesnt. Shes clearly jerking your chain.

You are filling an attention void for her that she isnt getting from someone else.

Once you asked her out again, and she had an excuse, you should have bailed on her then. If she didnt suggest another day, then you know shes not interested anymore. "ask me next week" is just a blowoff. When she leaves it up in the air like that, shes not interested. You have to nail down a date, or she does.

As I've heard many times on this forum, pay attention to their actions, not their words. She likes flirting with you because she knows it jerks your chain, but I don't think she really wants to go out with you, or else she wouldn't always be "busy"...

OK but why the b*ll****? Oh wait, I get it, she doesnt want to lose my attention even though she doesnt want to see me. In other words if she says "sorry lets be friends" or some sh*t, she knows I'll never contact her again. And she doesnt want THAT because she likes my attention, just not me.

Is that accurate? And I love how she tried to turn it on me "Oh why are YOU getting upset and assuming blah blah blah" LOL, as if I'm an a-hole for wanting a firm date when to meet. Screw her.

Hey I'm weeding out the losers faster and faster, and it feels good. Of course it'd feel better to get an actual date, but that will come soon enough. :)

I called her out on it and she got defensive. "Why do you assume this and that" she said...well b*tch, have we gone out yet? (I didnt say that, but I thought it).

Hey I enjoyed the flirting too, even knowing full well she was full of it. It killed some time at work for me. I guess you always hope it'll turn to something more though, even when you know deep down it wont.

Why is it not possible that she is actually busy? Maybe she has an active social life and places her friends/family/whoever at a higher priority level than some guy she just met.

I would just put the deciding of a time and place on her, wait a while, and if she doesn't come through in a week or two, give up.

I don't really think you should be flipping your lid or whatever over a girl you just met though. Calm down. Honestly, I would get offended and maybe even slightly creeped out if someone I don't know was getting irritated with me because I can't find time to go out with them.

I would have to agree with the majority of this thread. If she was interested in going out with you, she would be willing to schedule a specific time and date. Most people know well in advance when a wedding or birthday oarty is occurring and she should be able to fit you in if she wants to go out.

She really just wants the attention as an ego boost. Sorry to say but better to figure it out sooner than later. I had a friend who would do this to guys a lot. She would get really mad when I called her out on it.

If I read it right, she has been "busy" for 3 weeks.

That's real busy.

2 chances.. if they blow them both.. NEXT!!

I just had to next someone myself cause she is flirty in txts but I can't get her on the phone for the life of me.. So.. if she wants some.. she knows how to reach me.. I wont be contacting her again.. I've served 2 times.. balls in her court..

I love how some girls get "creeped out" nowadays over every little thing. "Oooh he said hi to me, wonder what that means? Gee he's creepy!!" Get over yourselves, lol.

I'm "flipping my lid" because I'm tired of running into idiots like this and my tolerance level is now at zer0. If she was interested in me to begin with, she wouldn't have played games and I wouldn't have "flipped my lid".

So hence, I don't really give 2 craps if she's "creeped out". I'm calling her out regardless. A girl with THAT active of a social life where she can't make time for me? If that's truly the case I'm not interested anyway.

damm time wasters, at least I'm getting better at weeding them out. Why do girls need so much "validation"? And why am I always "the b*tch validator" instead of the boyfriend who they wanna f*ck? I'll weed them ALL out 1 by 1 if I have to!!
